I am Counsel and Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public # 2019, Economist and a career Civil Servant with more than 40 years of experience in Public Administration and Management. I am presently Permanent Secretary (Retired) functioning as Chief Administrative Officer, Education Loan Authority; and as Program Coordinator, Ministry of Finance. I previously served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and National Insurance; (acted as) Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Service; the Ministry of Health; the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs; and the Ministry of Health before moving to the Ministry of National Security where I retired on the 27th June, 2021.
